God Bless

 Greetings, it's that time of the year again Weeks and months passed by and we have completed another term. It was my pleasure learning ways to use technology for my students' and my own banefit through this class. Perhaps I will get to experience it again. Hopefully it will be on the other half of the year...  Back to the point, the course nicely gets us accustomed to creating material and exploring new ways to do so with good pacing. Only bad side I can think of is purely personal, our blog pages. As someone who doesn't regularly post information about themselves I usually struggle to come up with something I like and the end product feels insincere no matter what I write. Working on tasks are relatively easy since you can follow a guideline but writing my own blog fells difficult. Working on the Flipped Classroom task in particular was my favourite since I caught a glimpse of what my own teachers had to go through in Covid times and if I had to pick a least favourite it ...

AI Feedback for Better Learning

 Greetings, Have you ever tried to talk to Chat GPT? Most people have tried or at least heard of AI tools that can respond to what you say to them. And if they can understand what you write to them and respond accordingly, that makes them an excellent tool to receive feedback on a piece of writing. Well, it won't be better than a human but it will be far faster and accurate enough. Which is why my friends and I tried to implement Open AI's  ChatGPT into a classroom writing excercise.  We pondered where exactly to put the AI in our activity and decided it would be best to give content feedback to our students on a short story they write about superheroes. I believe it would be a fun little activity where they can create their own stories and improve upon them with some mechanical help from ChatGPT.
